Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between k44 and its users ("you" or "member"). By using the k44 platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

k44 may request documents at any time to verify age or identity. Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing the platform. If a minor's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all of them will be cancelled.

User Conduct

All k44 members must use the platform honestly, safely, and responsibly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting fraud or deception on the platform in any form.
• Opening multiple accounts or concealing identity for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or any third-party tools.

If any of the above violations are proven, k44 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Involvement in fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Identified as a minor.
• By order of a court or authority.

Account Closure by the Member

Limitation of Liability

k44 bears no responsibility for the following:

• Any game or bet that is interrupted midway due to loss of internet connection or a technical error.
